Cat arrested with contraband at Brazilian prison

A cat has been caught with contraband goods strapped to his body at a Brazilian prison. The confiscated items included drill bits, files, a mobile phone and charger, plus earphones As the cat can not be interrogated it has been taken to a local animal center. The items might have been intended to be used for communication or escape. One may wish that cats can talk. Click to watch video below
