Daily we continue to hear of attack on the media and journalism by various government across the world even though the pen will always prevail
On Friday two Ivorian bloggers were detained for after using social media to aid victims of Stampede in New year's celebrations in Abidjan's Plateau district. Mohamed Diaby and Cyriac Gbogou had led an online initiative to help identify victims of the tragedy that resulted in the death of at least 16 people.
