It is not an uncommon scene at various higher institutions across the country. Not even as some secondary schools are not spared out.
Final year students who have just concluded their final papers are celebrated (in their own way) as they return from the examination hall. Information gathered from some institutions is that majority now put on clothes that will not be painful to forget. Lots of individuals may condemn it but as for me I see it as celebration their own way!
