Prison service fail to produce Aluu4 suspects

It was relatively a mild drama at the court though not unusual in our part of the world yesterday as the suspects  Aluu4  murder case could not be presented by the prison officials citing shortage of personnel as reasons. The case was then adjourned till February 28, 2013. The suspects were remanded in prison.

However the Port Hacourt branch of the Nigerian Bar Association had indicated their interest in the case as they had requested for access to the case file through their representatives which was subsequently granted.

The case has hence been adjourned till February 28, 2013. The suspects were remanded in prison.
