More facts have emerged that concerning the release of Nkiru Sylvanus. Her abductors were actually paid the sum of eight million naira.
This disclosure was made by the state commissioner of police, Mr Adisa Bolanta saying "They defied our warnings and continued negotiations with the kidnappers. They went behind us and paid N8 million to them. We have made some arrests in connection with the case and very soon they will all be apprehended."
I guess the poor family members can not leave the life of their loved ones in the hands of the Nigerian Police
